Screen Lime is a mobile application designed to help users manage their phone usage by adding mindful pauses before opening configured apps. The App integrates with iOS Screen Time functionality to provide this service.

Key features include:

Free Tier: Screen Lime is free to use forever for one app. The free tier includes a single-breath pause before opening your selected app, a default 15-minute recurring pause, and full on-device privacy. No account or payment is required to use the free tier.

Screen Lime Pro (Optional): For additional features, you may upgrade to Screen Lime Pro, an optional subscription that includes:

Payment Processing: All subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.

Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in iOS Settings.

Pricing: Prices are in USD and may vary by region. Prices are subject to applicable taxes and currency conversion rates as determined by Apple.

Canceling Your Subscription: You can cancel your Screen Lime Pro subscription at any time in iOS Settings > Your Name > Subscriptions. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Reverting to Free: After cancellation, you will continue to have access to Pro features until the end of your billing period. After that, you will revert to the free tier (one app).

Refund Policy: Refund requests are handled by Apple according to their standard refund policy. We do not directly process refunds. To request a refund, contact Apple Support or use the "Report a Problem" feature in your Apple App Store account.

By using Screen Lime, you agree to:

Age Requirements: You must be at least 13 years old to use Screen Lime. If you are under 18, you must have parental consent to use the App and enter into these Terms.

Screen Lime requires access to iOS Screen Time functionality to operate. By using the App, you understand and agree that:

Screen Lime and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by TallFella Studios Inc. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not grant you any rights to:

Service Availability: We strive to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee that the App will be available 100% of the time or free from errors, bugs, or interruptions.

Disclaimer of Warranties: THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TALLFELLA STUDIOS INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.

Health and Wellness: While Screen Lime is designed to help manage phone usage, it is not a medical device or treatment. Consult healthcare professionals for serious technology addiction concerns.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or for any other reason we deem appropriate.

You may terminate your use of the App at any time by deleting the App from your device and canceling your subscription through the Apple App Store.

Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately, but these Terms will remain in effect as to any prior use of the App.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where TallFella Studios Inc. operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except where prohibited by law.
